Great little clinic on the Upper East Side

This is a very small clinic on the Upper East Side that I have been bringing my pets to over the years. One of the vets, Dr. Rubio, is from Peru. He is very professional and friendly and always makes my pets feel at ease. But what is most important is that I never feel rushed when I'm there. Dr. Rubio always goes out of his way to answer all of my questions and his staff is also good at follow up calls even days after your visit. This is the kind of service that one should expect from their vet.
